This is a listing of Participating Worklife Ministries in Charlotte, NC. These ministries have sensed a growing commitment to work together for the Kingdom in the workplaces of Charlotte. We seek to live out Jesus’ prayer in John 17:21-23 – that we might love one another so that the world will know that Jesus was sent by the father”
The Barnabas Group
Vision: Engage, Release, Launch, and Grow
- Engage thousands of marketplace leaders with Christian ministry opportunities around the corner and around the world.
- Release generosity in our communities with the dedication of unique gifts of time, talent, touch (network), and treasure to God’s service.
- Launch and grow The Barnabas Group locations alongside local Christian foundations through the efforts of Master’s Program graduates and other Christian leaders in every American metropolitan area with a population of at least one million.
Mission: Connecting Leaders, Changing Lives
- To see the time, talent, touch and treasure of marketplace and other Kingdom leaders help ministries transform lives worldwide.
Charlotte Christian Chamber 
- To provide venues for Christian Business Professionals to come together, support one another, and build relationships so each makes a positive, Godly impact in his or her work environment.
- To provide a non-threatening, inviting place for those who are spiritually seeking and introduce them to the person of Jesus Christ.
- To offer a platform for Christians to do business with one another resulting in mutual growth.
- To transform surface business connections into caring relationships and invaluable friendships.

Mission: To present Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to business and professional men and to develop Christian business and professional men to carry out the Great Commission.
Grace Leadership Network
- Raise the value and priority of Christian leadership in the church and marketplace
- Offer creative solutions and provide practical approaches that can be utilized, regardless of gender, ethnicity, geography, economic status or denominational affiliation

Halftime 
Halfime’s purpose is to inspire business and professional leaders to look for a deeper significance in life

Kingdom Business Association 
The Kingdom Business Association is seeking to further equip Christians in the marketplace and become a relationship-based networking and mentoring association. The Association is a platform to connect individual entrepreneurs, kingdom business persons, and marketplace leaders within an associative network that allows for accountability, idea exchange, networking, and mutual prayer support.

Mission: Marketplace Chaplains USA exists to share God’s love through workplace chaplains
by a personalized and proactive Employee Care Program for our client companies throughout the United States as well as Internationally.
Priority Associates, Campus Crusade for Christ
Vision: Workplace Movements everywhere in order that everyone knows someone who is truly following Jesus
Mission: To help launch workplace ministries within companies, providing outreach and discipleship resources. Serving the local church by equipping its members, equipping graduating college seniors and young professionals and providing internet-based Biblical worldview training for workplace professionals to have a workplace impact.
The Masters Program
The Master’s Program is an excellent opportunity for Christian business and ministry leaders to participate in discovering their unique Kingdom Calling in order to maximize their potential Kingdom Calling.
- TMP is structured similar to an executive graduate program. Marketplace and ministry professionals move deliberately through a process that brings the tools, training, outside resources, peer interaction and real-life examples to help participants get the maximum experience out of a minimal time commitment.
- TMP is intentionally holistic in its emphasis and focuses first on the participant’s ability to achieve fitness in the personal, family, professional and Kingdom realms of life.
- TMP then, among peers, helps each participant maximize his fruitfulness by coaching him toward a life of increased margin, decreased “busyness” and personal entrepreneurship.
